A power of attorney is a legal document that allows you appoint someone to act for you in some circumstances (for example, to make legal decisions or manage your property).  The appointment may be for a specific purpose and a fixed period of time.  However, a power of attorney can be either general or enduring.  We can draft your power of attorney.
