RETAIL SHOP LEASES

A retail shop lease is a commercial lease specifically for businesses that sell goods or provide retail services, often located in shopping centres, and is protected by state-based retail legislation, the Commercial Tenancy (Retail Shops) Agreements Act 1985.  The specifics of a retail shop lease are crucial -  it is important for both landlords and tenants to understand their rights and responsibilities.

Fees exclude GST, disbursements such as searches and Landgate fees.
